勉強中We still have some Mitsuo Yamakawa left, but we opened this bottle. This is only the second bottle after the red label, but it still has the perfect balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity. ☺️ The softness of the first mouthful with no attack at all for a moment is wonderful👍It is also sharp and easy to drink, but a little heavy, or maybe it is my health condition, I could not drink a lot 😞.
For lunch, I went out with my wife to eat tempura and went to Kappa-bashi bridge. I couldn't help snapping a picture of the Sky Tree that we could see from there.
I bought this sake early in the morning at a storefront sale at the end of the year, and while I was waiting, a neighbor offered me a warmer because I was cold, and it was a very memorable experience for me to experience the warmth of people 😊.
