The aroma of plump rice, the clear mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness, a gentle finish, and a gentle aftertaste.
Even after drinking many cups of sake, the taste was so pure and clean that it could only come from the rich natural environment of Hokkaido 😁.

I've been putting off buying "Tokachi" because there is a local liquor store that sells it, but it's delicious 😁.
It has a different, clear flavor than Shinshu sake, which goes well with the vastness of Hokkaido ✨.
