Pon when opened
Moderate gassiness
Slightly grape-like top-end
The same soft aroma as on the top, mild rice flavor and sweetness spreads with lactic acidity and slight gassiness, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness.
It is a wine-like sake with just the right amount of acidity, which makes it easy to pair with food, and of course, it is delicious on its own!
When I first drank No. 6, I could not get used to its uniqueness, but now I find it delicious!
It went well with cabbage rolls and marinated octopus.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 😃
I would like to get to know your friend 🥹 who will send me the No.6 😆.
We, the only No.6 we drink at home is the R type 🥲 and we would like to try the others👍.

Thanks again, Jay & Nobby 👍The first X-type I drank was so far removed from sake that I didn't appreciate it, but after a few sips I began to think it was good enough 😋.

Thanks again, Pon 👍New Masa is a taste that you get used to after a few bottles and would like to drink again sometime ✨The last time I drank Flaxcat, it was too acidic and subtle 😅.
