Jikin-sama has been in the bottle for more than 8 months. I thought it was recommended within 3 months. I'll have it cold. There was a short gas sound when the bottle was opened. The color is clear and colorless. The top aroma is citrusy and slightly pineapple. The mouthfeel is slightly gassy and then slightly thick. The palate is juicy from the gasiness, with gentle citrus-like acidity and a firm grain-like flavor. The citrusy aroma that passes through the nose spreads quickly, and a mild sweetness is brought out. It has the feeling of being a direct match without any tricks, and Jikkoman is still delicious.
