I bought it at Kyoto Isetan.
It seems to be unfiltered though it doesn't say so. It has a dark color.
A famous female toji (brewer) was there, and we were able to talk with her. It's a very thick sake with a lot of body, but very drinkable. It seems like it would be good even if you let it sit.
