Kosake, Hanakaze 🌸 which is well received by everyone in the Kansai region of Sakewa 🌸🌪️
It was a bit of a shock.
Grapefruit, lychee, muscat, different people may feel differently, but I tasted aloe yogurt white grape flavor.
Not a "like" taste or anything, but just white grape.
The white grape taste is slightly acidic with a slight sting, and a slight bitterness that is beer-like. But it's still sake.
This is amazing.
Who is the genius who thought of this?
I'm sorry I missed the rice and agave.
It was so delicious 😋.
