I was told that there were two kinds of Kamoizumi, and when I asked him to show me, I chose this one because the raw sake was the Penguin one that I had had in the past.
It's refreshing and has a slight apple sweetness.
Kamoizumi has a lot of sweet sake, so I'd like to try more, but they don't sell any 💦.
