Brilliant, colourless and transparent. Slightly fruity nose with hints of citrus. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is relatively smooth and mildly sweet. The mouthfeel is almost flat. The astringency spreads gently in the second half. It has a short aftertaste. Kaoru sake.
