Kansai Sake-no-wa Year-End Party 2024⑥.
This time there were four bottles of Shinshu Kamerei, including two bottles of the brewery's limited edition sake.
I myself missed out on buying it during my Obon trip to Nagano, so I didn't expect to be able to drink it here, how is this possible? I was a little too excited 🤣.
Isn't it amazing that two people can bring a limited edition sake that you can only buy in Nagano to Osaka?
I felt again the enthusiasm of everyone at Kansai Sake-no-Wa.
Sake brought by Gyve and Usagi Goten.
Shinshu Kamerei, Yume Mizuho from Noto.
It has a light, slightly sour and sweet taste, with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste, and is surprisingly dry. It has a light acidity and sweetness, with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste, and is surprisingly dry.
I don't know what I was thinking, but since we had two bottles of such a precious sake, I suggested heating them up...
I thought it was surprisingly tasty, but I much preferred it cold, and I felt that the goodness of Shinshu Kamerei was erased and it became just an ordinary sake, so I was loudly criticized 🤣.
This is a good experience that I rarely get to have.
Not that it matters, but hinan gogo is such a kanji character you write...
Thanks for the food, Gyve and Usagigoten 🙏.
