I have had a whole series of new sake, and this year, this one exceeded my expectations!
Kuzuryu Harekuchi Nama Sake
This is a new sake from Kuroryu Shuzo, and a certain sake youtuber praised it as excellent, so I tried it and found it really tasty!
Before I tried it, I had an image of Kuroryu as a clear and light sake, but Kutouryuu Harekuchi has a fruity taste!
The specs are in the honjozo class, but there was no unpleasant alcohol taste, and the apricot-like dark sweetness and flavor after drinking it was very refreshing!
I have had normal Kutouryu many times, but this is something else! It's a good bottle with good cost performance and I was satisfied!
Rice polishing ratio: 65% (100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 18%.
