The aroma is apple-like, and the acidity is quite strong. The aftertaste is a little tingling.

A little lactic acidity taste. It has a spicy and delicious taste.
Mutou Sentaku Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo
The tightening acidity gives it a wine-like taste.

Deep flavor with a slight tingling afterwards.

The taste was mellow and well balanced. The price was familiar, but the capacity was small and it was quite expensive.
When I asked bouken-san about the first sake... he said it was named in leased order.
