Sake made with wine yeast.
There are so many interesting ones these days ✨✨.
The entrance has a sweet aroma reminiscent of thick pulp, reminiscent of nectar juice.
In the mouth, the thick pulpiness you feel at the entrance takes the role of acidity and brings the sweetness of the rice in the middle of this sake.
This is truly a peach 🍑!
Interesting!
I've had a few "white wine-like sake" but this may be my first peach. I've been a nectar juice lover since childhood and this is a good drink for me ✨✨.
Echigo Tsurukame has always been available in a classic labeled aluminum can one-cup (with the most wonderful design ✨), and the taste is quite a distance from that classic mellow, delicious flavor.
Delicious and very interesting 🍑.

Good morning, Yasu 😃.
Peach nectar juice 🍑😳
I don't drink much Niigata sake because I have an image of it being dry, but I like sweet and tasty too, so this might be a strike for me 🎯.
I'd like to try it very much 🤤.

Aladdin, this one is interesting 🍑I thought it was a typical white wine-like acidic one, but I was wrong 😆 I don't actively drink Niigata sake as well, but it's not just the "traditional dry" anymore ✨.
