Today we will have Gokotsuru, which was purchased at the brewery during GW. When we visited the brewery, we were given a tour of the brewery. We were told that the brewery uses standardization based on data and manual labor in areas that require a lot of time and effort to make sake that pursues great taste. With high expectations, we will eat the sake. The aroma is juicy and fresh, like a green apple. The acidity is also very lively. In the mouth, there is a fresh sweetness and acidity, and in the second half, a spiciness that is akin to that of a fresh sake. As time goes by, the change in taste becomes milder. Delicious✨
