It's been a while since I've been to Yamazan: ❤️
I like Yamazan so much that when I hear on the liquor store's instagram that it is in stock, I head there as soon as I can.
However, since it is a popular brand, it is often sold out 😢.
After I bought it, I thought I might have bought a similar one before, so I went back to Sakegawa and found it was the same Yamadanishiki 50% unfiltered raw sake 😊.
I'm glad it's different anyway: ❤️
As for the taste, it's not as sharp because it's not raw, but the refined sweetness of a Junmai Daiginjo stands out: ❗️
Delicious 😋.
The ranking of what I've had so far is
1. pink light nigori Yamasan
2. this time Yamadanishiki Jun Dai
3. Yamadanishiki Jungin
It is ❤️

Good morning, Mr. Rurun!
The mountain san is so delicious 🎵
I totally understand why you want to chase after them 😁✨✨.
And you can tell the difference because you're chasing it 😋.
I have a pure large of Kinmon Nishiki waiting for me 😍.
