The aroma is mellow, and the flavor of the rice can be felt. The taste is crisp and refreshing, with a hint of sweetness. Good as a food sake. Drank cold, but also good as a warmed sake. Delicious.
It was cold today, so we started our three-day weekend with a hot water mix of sweet potato shochu made with Beni Azuma, a specialty of Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
