disry
In our refrigerator, there is a special place for fat bottles, and I opened a bottle of Sanzo that had been sitting there for a long time.
I was not sure what kind of brewery it was anymore, but from the number of pictures on the back label, I thought it was probably Go-No-Brewery. Perhaps because too much time had passed, the automatic bottle-opening device was activated. No ballooning.
The aroma is of gentle, slightly sweet rice. More aromatic than usual. The gasiness is, of course, shwash-wash.
Surprisingly sweet. Sourness is delayed, but sweetness prevails.
The sweetness and acidity is complemented by a light bitterness, and finishes gently. The aftertaste is also gently sweet.
It came in a bag and probably cost a good price, but I don't even know what it's worth anymore and I'm drinking it... I don't care if it tastes good!
