At Sushi Kagura in Morioka Station. Next was the Snow Kayasha Junmai Ginjo. I sometimes see it at the Fukuroiya Sake Shop, so I put it off and realized I hadn't had a chance to drink it properly. (^_^;) The second glass of the second sake. Compared to Atago's Matsu, it is more robust and sweet. It goes into the mouth more smoothly than it expands in the mouth. It goes well with sushi. The manager told me an interesting story about the size of the sushi. He has been trained in Edo-mae (Edo-mae style) and never had any complaints at Kawatoku Department Store, but after opening the restaurant in a residential area in the city, he was often told by customers that the sushi was too big. Kagura-san's sushi is delicious, but the rice is too small and I don't feel like eating it. To be honest, they were surprised. When I replied that there was a restaurant that served sushi that looked like onigiri (rice balls), which surprised me, he said, "Well, it can't be helped because of the local characteristics..." (^_^; ) (^_^;) He said that after all, he has never changed his own way of doing things, and it is the same at the eki-naka. Personally, I am very happy because the older I get, the less rice I can eat 😄. It was very delicious! (≧▽≦)

Hi Kumagai-san😄 Sushi 🍣 and the classic Jungin no Kayasha ❣️ Of course it goes well with it 🎶. I'm happy to have smaller rice to go with sake 😋🍶.

Good evening, T.KISO! (≧▽≦) I think this size is fine for sushi while drinking (lol). Among junmai ginjos, I think Snow Kayasha is a high level! (I think Snow Kayasha is one of the best Junmai Ginjyo!

Good evening, Kumagai-san ☔. I too appreciate the smaller size when it comes to sake😊and I'm happy with sushi instead of sashimi😁Atago's pine tree too, but the combination with this sake would be delicious~❣️

Good morning, Pon-chan! (≧▽≦) Drinking a glass of sake with delicious sushi or sashimi makes me very happy. As for me, I prefer a gorgeous feeling rather than a solid Junmai type.
