龍神丸純米吟醸 生原酒

"Ryuujinmaru."
The liquor store where I bought the sake is one of the few places that specializes in it.
When I registered for the newsletter, I was informed that it would be on sale today.
When I accessed the site at 7:00 p.m., the Daiginjo was instantly sold out, but I managed to buy the Junmai Ginjo!

I found out that the sake was brewed by the wife as a toji (master brewer), succeeding the will of the master who died at the age of 47!
When drunk cold, it is smooth and full of flavor and bitterness.
It's not the fruity kind that's all the rage, but it's a delicious, elegant sake.
According to other people's reports, the flavor and sweetness blossom when it is heated.

Good morning, Mr. Samuchi*.
Ryujinmaru is so atmospheric!
It's not my favorite but it was delicious✨.
I'm not sure I like it, but it's delicious ✨The toji's wife had a tough time raising her children 🙄.
...I should have tried to warm it up too💦
