Today I went back to my hometown and had a relaxing drink with my wife.
I brought a 300 ml "Saku" with me so that it would be easy to take with me.
I remember that when I drank IMPRESSION "M" before, it was very gassy, so I went for the regular type this time.
The aroma is typical of sake, and the mouthfeel is smooth.
The sweetness and umami of the rice spread in the mouth, and with a soft acidity, the sake slides easily down the throat, making it easy to drink.
This is really delicious.
I drank it with rice crackers, and it went very well with them.
