The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant, Kutouryu by Kuroryu Sake Brewery
Yoigetsu this time.
This is also the first time I've had this label.
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. I don't feel much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a sharp spiciness.
You can feel the sweetness in the back of the mouth while also having umami.
The bitterness and umami are exquisitely intertwined, and this sake is also good with a meal.

ma-ki-san, sorry to bother you too ๐
I've never had Yoizuki, but it seems to go well with yakitori as a food sake... I'd like to experience its sweetness...

Thank you ICHIRO18, thank you here as well!
As you said, Kuroryu sake has a great taste when paired with a meal.
It has a dry taste, but you can taste sweetness somewhere in it! Please give it a try ๐ค
