The owner of Tsukii Sake Shop in Nasu recommended this bottle to me.
Yumesasara" is a new rice suitable for sake brewing developed by Tochigi Prefecture over a period of 13 years, and is said to be suitable for daiginjo.
A little bit of a whiff when opening the bottle (^o^).
A clear, fruity aroma.
Then, in the mouth, juicy sweetness spreads, and finally a little sourness. I usually don't like sourness, but I don't dislike this sourness at all. In fact...I like it.(lol) Thanks to this sourness, it clears my throat and makes me want to take another sip!
As one would expect from a sake that won a gold medal at the 2021 National New Sake Competition!
I met a nice sake ♡♡♡♡!

Refreshing, light, slightly sweet, like drinking a sparling wine, with a nice acidity. It has a nice aroma and is not so expensive for such a delicious wine. Good value for money! Highly recommended. 91 points
