Today is summer vacation.
Mom and elementary school students are on an overseas expedition, so I took my two junior high school sons and my mom's parents home for a bullet trip (even though mom is not here 😊).
We also went to Okazaki Sake Brewery😌.
We bought some items there as souvenirs and had this for the evening. This is the first time I'm having it.
Modest aroma.
At first, the sweetness was a bit overwhelming.
I thought it was very sweet.
As the second and third sips progressed, the rice became more and more delicious.
The spiciness and slight bitterness.
The more you drink, the more the aroma of rice and the sweet, sour, and bitter tastes become well balanced and go well with meals. ‼️
After 3 cups for 2 people, you will start to feel the lingering aroma of Nagano sake that you have missed.
Nagano sake with Nagano father in Nagano is the best‼️
By the way, there is a jinx that the father's choice is really never wrong and the rate of coming back in a few years is high 😌.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😌When I drink with my father in Nagano, I tend to go on. We have had Kamerei, Akanezasu, Saku no Hana, Kitaan Okuni, etc. over the years. Nagano sake is good after all. ‼️
