I participated in the Echigo Kenshin SAKE Festival on Saturday. The weather was ☀️.
Ayu Masamune, Chiyonomikari, Nohtaka, Kiminoi, Echigoya, Katafune, Myokayama, Kakushika, Gintagawa, Koshiji-no-Kohai, Ski Masamune, Iwanohara Wine, Echigo Bijin, Yukinakubai, Koshinohakuchubai, Tenryo Hai, Manotsuru, Kitayuki, Masumi, Jinya and Ikusiki Sama.
Including craft beers, we were able to drink at least 20 of the 30 breweries participating.
The photo shows the Tenryohai and Masumi booths. They are not from Joetsu, but from guest breweries.
As promised by Jay & Nobby, Masayo is adored in the sake brewery world as Masayo-san, not Garakudai (Utashiro)! I told the female staff, but she didn't get the message 😭.
The third picture is of GUN-CHAN Takada, Kaisen-don (seafood rice bowl), 1,100 yen.

Now that I think about it, I think it's hard to tell if the staff members are also helpers or warehouse owners. There seemed to be a lot of part time workers 😅.
I'll ask them next year 😄.
