Today, my family and I went to Fukui Prefecture for crab ๐ฆ.
I am so excited to see the crab after a very long time ๐คญ.
I asked for a draft sake at the restaurant and here comes "Ippongi" from Fukui Prefecture โจ!
By the way, this is all they had lol (zero choice)!
Then we will have it with the crab ๐๐!
Wow, it's quite tasty with a bit of dryness and umami flavor โจ.
It's a refreshing and easy to drink sake that goes well with crab and sashimi ๐ถ.
It was my first time to try Ichihongi, but it was better than I expected and I would love to try their other sakes if I have a chance. โบ๏ธ
Sometimes it's good to have a dry sake with umami flavor โจ.
I'm scared of the crab staring at me ๐จ (turn your head the other way!)
