Ichinokura mukantha
Named with the two meanings of four companies becoming one brewery and aiming to be the best (only one) brewery in Japan.
Ichinokura's "Mukansha Honjozo" was released in 1977 and is the company's flagship sake. Mukanzan" means that the sake is produced and sold under the company's own quality standards, without being subjected to the appraisal of any national sake competitions. This allows the company to reduce appraisal fees and other costs, and to offer high quality sake at an affordable price.
