I was wondering what kind of sake Ding from the same brewery would be like, since I have been drinking Shinshu Meisho's Takizawa recently, when I found the first new sake from Ding, a freshly squeezed oragara on Sunday and brought it with me.
It is only sold at a limited number of distributors in Japan, and in a sense, it is a very hard to find sake.
Compared to Takizawa, it is the same fresh and fruity, but milder and softer!
Conclusion! Both are delicious 😋.

I'm looking at the Ding Orikarami! 😍The summer sake was very good, so I'm sure this one will be just as good or even better 😊There is no special distributor 😭.

Is it because the water is in Ueda, or is it just me who feels that Sake-no-wa, Nagano ranking, Ding's ability, is more up 😭.
