The first Chiba sake of the year is from Ero Fudo💕.
It is served cold.
It has a nice milky white color.
The aroma is of white peaches, sweet and sour strawberries, and sweet acacia flowers. A spring breeze.
Silky and light on the palate.
Mixed with the aroma of gorgeous white peaches, soft rice flavor with silky oli, and a fresh, fizzy, firm bitterness that is refreshing and crisp.
Sweet aroma and dryness,
Easy to drink with no evaporation hamper.
It is a spring sake.
Is this "byang byang" noodle soup?
It might go surprisingly well with the spicy flat noodles from the convenience store.

It suddenly became warm this weekend,
I went to Tsukigase Plum Grove to feel spring, but the plum trees were still in bud.
It's in the mountains, of course.
However, the color of the sake was exactly like the color of the misty smoke in the light rain in the photo!
