This is my second lot of Semishigure.
The second lot is better than the first, this is the same one from last year.
When you put it close to your mouth, it has a nice ginjo aroma. It's so good on the palate. After that, the acidity comes and goes. This lingering aftertaste is what summer sake is all about, isn't it?
This year, too, it ranks high in my summer sake ranking. No doubt about it.
