I participated in the HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023 held at Kobe Hankyu❗ Touring as much as possible of brands with which I am not very familiar. HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023" (1) Koyama Honke Shuzo Nada Hamafukutsuru Kura "Hamafukutsuru" "Kukura", Higashinada-ku, Hyogo The brewery was completely destroyed by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. The brewery was completely destroyed in the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, and the owner muttered to himself, "The brewery is crushed and all I can see is the sky," but even so, he restarted from scratch and created the "Kukura. The first "Kukura" we drank was a comparison of different rice varieties. Drink this one and you will be glad you did. Kukura Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is sweet, refreshing, full-bodied, and delicious. Kukura Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Compared to Yamadanishiki, it has more sweetness and bitterness, with a strong Omachi-like flavor. This one was said to be fast brewing. Kukura Aizan Junmai Daiginjo The Aizan was the most promising, but the umami was weak and light, a little too elegant. Nanatsubai Namaishige Junmai Nama Shu Aizan The aroma is sweet and refreshing, but it is full-bodied and delicious. Hamafukutsuru Yuzu Biyori It is so good, it is said to be the equivalent of 12 yuzu citrons. I went there for the second time and was told that it was not, but the website still says it is made using the original yeast.
