The 6th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower④. ■Chiyonen Sake Brewery / "Taido" Kumamoto Pref. Since "Taido" is the last sake every time, I tasted it this time while my memory is still vivid. Taido Junmai Ginjo Sour and refreshing. A little too refreshing 🤔. Wind, Cat, and Daiginjo At the brewer's festival, I drank "Hoshi to Neko to Junmai Daiginjo", which is also easy to drink, low alcohol and has a refreshing sweetness. Kura-oi Daiginjo This is a secret sake that was not on the list and is sold only at the brewery. It was sold out during the daytime, so I was not impressed by the tasting only. Junmai Ginjo Autumn Scent Nigori Nama A sweet and delicious sake with a slight bubbly taste, which bouken-san said was very tasty.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi 😃. I was expecting a lot from Taido, so I felt a little let down 😅I was so focused on the joyful light that I forgot to buy Autumn Kaoru 🤣.

bouken, same here 😊I guess my expectations for this Taido might have been a bit higher than I expected 😅The last thing I want to buy is to get drunk and forget 🤣There's always a tasting event where you get drunk and forget 🤣.
