Second glass. Now a cool bottle of steadfast. This one has a lot of sweetness and umami. Is the aroma strong? The aftertaste is also sweet and umami without bitterness. It was also delicious. I wanted to have another glass, but they were out of the one I was looking for, so I had to call it a day. Tomorrow is a typhoon, so I will be teleworking.
