Banshu Ichiken Shippo Junmai Nama-zake 720ml
Rice used: "Hyogo-Kitanishiki" produced in Hyogo Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio 65
Alcohol content: 14%.
We brought this together with Tasake's Tokusyu Junsei.
There was only one bottle of Oorigara-mi, so we decided to go with Sumi-zake. The first day, it was mildly sweet but had a slight seme smell, which became stronger on the second day but was acceptable enough.

Good morning, @Mizuhashi.
Banshu Ikken is a sake I would like to try at least once in Hyogo 🎵.
I have the impression that this one is a bit more for the experts 🍶.
It's around the time of the sun, isn't it? Mountains capped with snow have a unique beauty 😊.

Good evening, ma-ki-san🌇.
I took this picture on the platform of the station in the morning ^ ^.
It's hard to take a good picture with backlighting ( ;) )
I don't know how the sake will change in the storage environment, so I'll just chalk up the difficulty to the fun of it 😃.
