Niigata travel sake! Next up is Taiyozakari😄 a sake from Murakami that we don't usually see here, but we know it's good (lol). The aroma is also mild, and when you drink it, it has less sweetness than Hokusetsu and goes in easily. It has a subtle umami flavor and finishes quickly. This is a dry sake! It's so good! I drank it all up in no time. I felt deeply that I really like this kind of sake. I really wanted to drink more, but I had to hold off because I had to drive the next day. I was satisfied because both drinks were delicious! The next day we went to Yahiko Shrine and took the ropeway. It was great to see Sado Island. On the way back, we stopped at a liquor store to pick up some souvenirs😄It was a short trip, but a fun one!

Jay & Nobby: It was really crowded everywhere, but I enjoyed the trip to the fullest. I had a very good impression of Oyozakari when I drank it before, so I tried it and it was still very tasty! It is also a candidate for my regular sake!
