Echigo Meisho. It is said to be Ichikozo because it is a sake made from scratch in the terraced rice paddies of Tochio. The concept is similar to Shinshu Kamerei's Ueda Tanada Hitogokochi. This is the brewery that sells Yamashiroya.

Good evening, @Mizuhashi. I have just started my own personal Niigata Fair, so I am enjoying watching the Echigo/Kenshin SAKE Festival 😊I remember drinking Ichikozo before and it was delicious, and I missed it so much that I want to drink it again.
