Cold Sake ★
A mid-meal sake with a mild aroma and traditional strength and sharpness. It does not give the impression of freshness and freshness, but rather deep richness, sweetness, umami and a hint of acidity. It is excellent in that it does not interfere with the ingredients while removing the fishy smell of cod roe, etc., but it is difficult to drink on its own due to its strong spiciness.
