I drink it sometimes when I'm out for a drink.
Gakkie often roars that it's so good!
When I saw the label of my favorite sake Mirai
I bought it for drinking at home for the first time in a while.
This time, too, I drank it immediately after buying it!
Sake Mirai 60% polished, 13% alcohol.
Oh, so it's low alcohol 🤔.
The sound of opening the bottle is a short p ps
Microbubbles in the glass 🫧.
The top aroma is a moderate honey apple 🍎 but surprisingly citrusy too!
I had an image of Muscat when I thought of Gakki, but this is a little different.
There is a bit of a twang that I don't like.
(This is the kind that subsides after a day's exposure.)
I drank it while imagining a strong sweetness since it is the future of sake...
Surprisingly, it has a clear and refreshing acidity with a gas infused taste.
When the temperature was raised a little, the hidden sweetness came out, but the sweetness was moderate.
The last taste is a little bitter.
I didn't know that even Sake Mirai could have this kind of taste 🤔.
It was a bit unexpected.

3rd day after opening the bottle
The acidity has subsided a little and the balance has improved.
It might be better to let it sit in the fridge for a while before opening the bottle😃.

I like the fresh acidity, but I was confused because it was different from my image of sake future 😅.
Maybe I didn't need to drink it fast since it's not a fresh sake...
(This was fine in terms of the fridge though: ☺️)
