Next is Daiginjo. The moromi was also rescued and turned into sake at Hakusan.
Is it because it is a Daiginjo? Is it the difference in the sake rice? It is very aromatic, fruity, and delicious 😋.
I believe this was purchased at Tajiri Sake Shop. If it had not been rescued, it would not have become sake, and we thank you for that 🙇.
