It is also well heated, so it can be used for everything from cold sake to hot sake.
The label is similar to the very tasty Kyokan Junmai, so I bought it with a good image in mind, but it was even better than I expected!

I've been going to the northern part of Kyoto prefecture, especially Tango, for a long time, and there are so many delicious foods there!
The sake is also excellent!
At the Toretore Center, there was a wonderfully delicious Shuten Doji honjozo, and I also visited the Ikeunomo Sake Brewery, which reinforced my awareness that there is a strong lineup of sake brewers in Kyoto!

I can't use the car for sake, so the Mukai Sake Brewery in Ine will be a challenge, but it's the place I want to visit the most.
