This is for my brother's birthday party today! My brother's favorite Red Takeshi's SNOW😄I was able to get it again this year.
The aroma is of apples 🍎 and when you drink it, it is sweet and slightly carbonated! The sweetness and slight carbonation are followed by a moderate sourness that is typical of Akabu, and finally, a nice sharpness! The acidity makes it easy to drink. It goes well with Christmas dishes such as chicken and beef stew.
