On this day, we had the seasonal sea urchin course!
We drank it while enjoying the sea urchin on top of the gunkan and their specialty, the sea urchin parfait!
The drink had a fruity and delicious flavor and was easy to drink. It was so delicious!

Yes, I did! The sea urchin parfait! It was salmon roe, sea urchin, and rice on a glass of wine and it was so delicious.
