Welcome Spring with Iga Sake
Iga Sake Fair this spring.
The fourth sake is Takijumo's Taki Suiryu, which is written "Taki Suiryu" and reads "Hayase" in Japanese.
Like the third sake, Takasago, it is brewed in Nabari.
It was selected as the sake for the dinner party at the Ise-Shima Summit.
It is served lightly chilled.
The color is crystal with a hint of yellow.
The nose is of blue melon, honeysuckle, chervil, and freshly pounded rice cakes.
The mild mouthfeel is followed by a slightly sweet aroma with a thick creamy rice flavor and a bitter, pungent aftertaste that is tightened up.
It is a sake that delivers the delicious taste of rice without decoration.
It is perfect as a food sake!
Another good sake.
It is my favorite type of sake💕.
They have a limited edition of nama sake, and it was recommended to me so much that I hesitated and went for the hi-ire version.
I want to take home a bottle of nama sake next time!

Hi Peco 🐦.
I just had a bottle of Takihama kijoshu the other day and it was incredibly sweet 😵, so I'd love to try this one 😁.
I'm a neighbor of yours, but I've never heard of many of your sake 💦I had a lot of fun watching your videos 😊.

Hi Pon-chan. There are quite a few sake breweries in Iga and Nabari, some are well-known, but there are also many other good sake breweries.
