How was your business trip to Sendai? Haginotsuru and Shoun Kinryu are both Miyagi sake that I also recommend 😋.
Moritami is the only sake brewery in Sendai, 2 stops away by subway. It's not well known, but it's a dry and moderately good sake 🤘.
