Yesterday I went on a bullet train to Yamagata and Niigata for a day trip!
I left home early in the morning and headed for Kotohira-so😄The annual Kotohira mairi! This time we were able to get our turn at the early number. After that, we went to a nearby hot spring and got this at a liquor store there 😄Hatsu grandson! Surprisingly, I think it was my first time. I was attracted by the "fruity" part and bought it.
The aroma was fruity like an apple, and when I drank it, I didn't feel the sweetness so much. The flavor is moderate, with a hint of bitterness and a nice finish. It is a very refreshing sake that I like!
Well, after the onsen, I went to Kotohira-so and was safely the first to eat. This time, I had a hard time deciding and went for the shio ramen. I was impressed by the unchanged taste🥲.
After being satisfied with the food, I got on Route 7 and saw the words "72 km to Murakami" 😄I had always wanted to go to Murakami someday as there are two sake breweries there that I like very much. I had to go there! So we were off to Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture! to be continued (laughs)

Manachie-san Kotohira-so is famous, isn't it? They only do it for a certain period every year and change the taste a little, so I want to go there every year. It is delicious. I think that if I had a grandchild, I would certainly want to have a drink (laughs).
