Takachiyo扁平精米おりがらみ しぼりたて生原酒

The fourth drink at Japanese dining Taku was Takachiyo.
The top aroma is of koji with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, it is exactly like a bitter grapefruit.
The white flesh of the grapefruit was beautifully reproduced.
I have the impression that the hiragana takachiyo may be a matter of timing, my physical condition, or the lot, but it is clear that some of the themed fruits are expressed well, while others are not.
This was delicious 🍶.
The second photo is a thank-you note posted at Kofukuji Temple, which used to use monks and soldiers to forcefully appeal to the Imperial Court and the Shogunate during the Muromachi and Sengoku periods, and to burn down surrounding temples and shrines in territorial disputes.
