It quickly fits in the mouth and is easy to drink.
After a little while, the flavor is hidden when the sake is brought up to the hiya level.
I felt it was tasteless.
The owner says that last year's freshly squeezed sake had a pronounced bitterness and other unpleasant tastes, but this year's sake is very tasty!
