Purchased in Nerima Ward, Tokyo ♪ Alcohol content@16 Sake degree @ Undisclosed Acidity @ Undisclosed Rice used@Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio @ 55 Personal Recommendation@3.6/5.0 *As the name suggests, this sake is a collaboration between Sanzen Sakura from Hokkaido and Yamama from Niigata: ☺️ Mr. Takeda, the representative of Niigata Daiichi Sake Brewery, who brews Yamama, lived and brewed this sake for about 2 months from February 2023 👌. The recipe and ingredients are his own, and the sake is made in Hokkaido's water and environment, so there is no "Sanzen Sakura" feeling 😅It's just a mountain sake. Well, I can't answer what kind of sake is "mountainous" 😅. The important thing is that Hokkaido's hole in the ground has been filled. ✌️ The first time I drank it, I found it to be a fruity, but refreshing, watery sake. It also has a soft sweetness, but you don't feel much alcohol. It is an easy to drink sake, but the price is 2.750 yen including tax 🤣. I bought it because Nerima-ku is currently offering 20% off for the paypay municipality campaign, but hmmm, maybe not next time 😀.
