off-dry means slightly dry, between sweet and dry 🤔....
When I drink it, I feel sweetness.
I feel a slight chilli on my tongue.
It's unfiltered and unpasteurized, but it's still lit, right?
But it's still freshness?
Since I drank it last Tuesday, I went on a business trip and drank it outside.
It seems to have mellowed, the freshness has faded, but the sweetness remains.
It doesn't feel very dry-dry, but I guess that's the "slightly dry" part 🤨.
But as I drink it, there is a little sourness in the soft sweetness, and the dryness is gradually coming out?
It's kind of like off-dry 🥳.
It's pretty good 😋.
It seems that saury is well harvested this year. We also have saury 🐟🐟.
