Yoshida Brewery was originally the "Kikuyu" brand, but in 2008 they joined the Shimada Group and introduced the "Amenuri" brand. As a sake aiming for the world, the taste seems to have changed a lot from local sake.
The taste was juicy and sour, which is typical of nigori sake. It is quite fruity and easy to drink.
I think it is a very high quality sake.
