The initial aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, there is a slight carbonation and refreshing acidity.
The sweetness was subdued on the day the bottle was opened, but after the second day, a mild sweetness and umami flavor emerged.
It is different from other Nagoya sake, but it is an elegant sake and delicious 🍶.
I wonder if the fresh sake that comes out in February will be more spectacular?
