August New Year's Eve like midsummer. Long time no instrument. But it is the first time to drink anything but Honjozo. Procured it for a home evening drink.
Very thin, slightly carbonated, sweet, light and easy to drink. It goes well with dried firefly squid, Nanban miso, home-made cucumber cucumbers, and everything else.
